Some more points about this issue. The image is displayed correctly in IE. But the generated pdf was missing the image. I checked the image src. It did not have any spaces. Here is the console message of pd4ml. Could the length of the URL be the problem?

can not load image: http://192.168.10.240:7077/final/servle ... e&er_show=%Uptime/%Downtime&er_component=egsiva240%253ANULL%253AWindows_server&er_component=win%253ANULL%253AWindows_server&er_timeline=1+day&&er_view=imageprint&er_width=450&er_height=225

Thanks in advance
Dinesh

As far as I remember java.net.URL in older JDKs limits the URL to ~255 characters. Which version do you use?

We are using Jdk1.3 and for testing we are using PD4ML 360b2 Pro (eval)

I tried a variety of JDK versions, but was not able to provocate an with any of them URL-length problem.

Now I suspect encoded URL parts wrolly interpreted. For example "%25" is auto-replaced with 0x25 character there. Could it be a problem?

Try a long chart path without such %NN patterns. Does it work?
