Subject: How do I get a hold of support |

All my emails to sales pd4ml com or support pd4ml com are failing (according to my support) because they can't reach your mail server.
Problem is that the person that paid for the product put an invalid email in and we are unable to login as we have not received our password.

please send the wrong address and the correct one to pd4ml support com. We'll change the record in the license database.

Ok, thanks I'll check at our end again.
When I sent emails yesterday I was getting a message from our exchange server that "Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups".
Our exchange server has been behaving badly so it might be us. I'll try again tomorrow after some maintenance has been applied.
