i have bought PD4ML Pro licence under the following email bahaamattar@gmail.com and i am tryieng to report some issues and get some help throught your help desk but i cant log in using the email with wich i bought the licence .

please help me

So, obviously, the login credentials are ok.

Also it seems the recent our replies to Bahaa Matar has been ignored (or bounced by your mail filter). Please check.
