I logged in and pulled a jar down from the PRO which we purchased. The PDF is still saying it is an evaluation copy when I run it. Is there something else I need to do? I didn't see anything about installing a license code or anything.

You need to replace pd4ml_demo.jar (just remove it) with pd4ml.jar and adjust the classpath if needed.
