Is this Hindi matra issues fixed in the pd4ml. Can you please let me know the versions in which this is fixed.

PD4ML v4 can do that since a while. We've just posted maintenance release v3.11.5, which also implements the feature in v3 branch. You only additionally need to trigger pd4ml.enableLigatures(true). Also make sure that TTF embedding is enabled.
