I am seeing an issue in pdf generated using pd4ml. if my table of contents is exceeding one page, it is missing few of the chapters between end of first page and start of first page. Surprisingly this is happening when i have <pd4ml.pagebreak> before my <pd4ml:toc>. we could not avoid the page break before toc as first page is cover page.Could not get much clue on it. Can you please let me know if i need to override any of CSSs for table of content classes ptoc table etc.
