    Hi,

    I’m using PD4ML 350 Pro/Struts/Tomcat/Windows XP.

    I’m trying to use a custom font that I’ve installed that doesen’t seem to be interpreted correctly.

    I’ve created pd4fonts.properties having just one line in it:
    [properties]IDAutomationHC39M=IDAutomationHC39M.ttf[/properties]
    and placed it inside c:windowsfonts folder toghther with the ttf file.

    The problem is when setting the path to the pd4font folder for which I’ve tried numerous possibilities:

    <pd4ml:usettf from="c:/windows/fonts"/>
    <pd4ml:usettf from="file://localhost/c:/windows/fonts"/>
    <pd4ml:usettf from="file:///c:/windows/fonts"/>

    with no result.

    I’ve even tried adding font file and .properties file inside the project and specified the path to it as
    <pd4ml:usettf from="/pdf" />
    with same result.

    Is there anyway I can debug this to see if the the specified path is seen corectly?

    Thanks,
    Emil

    Emil,

    try to switch debug on with <pd4ml:transform ... debug=true> and inspect the log file of the server.

    First it should dump the version number. Please make sure if it has Pro suffix.

    Hi,

    I’ve managed to solve this – my jsp page had a template and in that template the <pd4ml:transform> tag was used and I tried to use the <pd4ml:usettf> tag inside the child page. Once I’ve moved it right after the transform tag it worked.

    I had the debug=true value set, but it seems it couldn’t find the usettf tag at all.

    Thanks for the help,
    Emil
