If I use pd4ml.readHTML(new URL(“file:///C:/test/test.html”));
from local file, all is OK, even without well formatted HTML.

test.html file content:
<h1>First Pageä|ä|á|ą|â|à|ả|ã|ạ|ă|ằ|ắ|ẳ|ẵ|ặ|ầ|ấ|ẩ|ẫ|ậ|å|ā</h1>
