    Hello,

    We are facing issues with accessing the PD4ML HelpDesk portal: I get empty page with title “Redirecting…”. I’ve sent an email to sales@pd4ml.com regarding the same issue, but didn’t receive a confirmation email that is usually sent automatically. Also I’ve tried to report this through “Issue report form” on your webcite, but still with no luck, I get below error:
    `Cannot create issue reporter ‘nina.birych’ CURL Error: http response=0, HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL_ERROR (err 1)
    So I’m not sure if my email reached you, so I’m trying to report it at least here to get some reply.

    Also I needed to update another ticket that we are waiting for a long time, but I have no way to do this as helpdesk is not available. I’ve sent an email (again…), but, taking into account current issues with portal, I’m not sure if it was received. How can I provide my feedback in the other way to proceed with the ticket work?

    It was a temporal DNS update issue. Resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience!
