      I’ve had several instances where the pdf converter translates characters into something else.

      original characters:
      Worker’s Comp Coordinator
      Piedmont Orthopaedic Complex

      after pdf converter:
      Worker’s Comp Coordinator
      Piedmont Orthopaedic Complex

      is there something else I need like a new font file?
