We do not provide phone support as part of our standard support. This option is only available with our so-called extended support plans.

The good news is that rowspans have been supported since the earliest versions of PD4ML v1.*. The issue you are experiencing is most likely can be easily fixed in your HTML input.

Can you please share the steps to resolve this.
If you say this already resolve in previous version “The good news is that rowspans have been supported since the earliest versions of PD4ML v1.*. The issue you are experiencing is most likely can be easily fixed in your HTML input.”

With proper HTML code, there have never been any problems.

So there is the step to resolve the issue:
    1. Use well-formed HTML
    That is it.

We cannot provide you with more details because you have not provided us with the HTML/CSS sources of the problematic documents.
