Good morning, I need your help to understand which licence my company should buy.
We are integrating PD4ML PRO in a java enterprise application, the final product:
    – SW id developed by 1 company division
    – the final product is deployed in clouds and on premises by 1 company division
    – the final product is sold by affiliate companies

Please clarify is SITE license is enough or if we need to buy the ENTERPRISE one. Thanks.

Hello! If, in the described scenario, technical support requests will come from only one division of the company that developed the product, then a SITE license is sufficient.

If selling affiliates/partners will also be requesting support directly (or forwarding requests from end users), then you will need an ENTERPRISE

    Good morning,
the usage we do of PD4ML is same as the one described above.
Additionally we would like to clarify our licensing options regarding the implementation of a rental/subscription-based licensing model for our application.

Specifically, I would like to know:

Whether our current Site License terms permit distributing our application using a rental/subscription model.
i.e. If customers can be granted temporary access to our product through periodic payments.

    Thank you for your assistance.

The rental/subscription licensing model does not conflict with the PD4ML Site licensing terms in general. This is true if your customers are end users. If your product is some kind of framework – your customer configures it and services their customers with the resulting solution – then the Enterprise license is required.
