Typical situation: the server only knows its own human-unfriendly corporate network name. But you access this server under a human-readable server alias, configured somewhere with your proxy, in the client DNS server, IP settings, in the user profile, etc.

So your browser can resolve this alias to an IP, but the server (and the applications running on it) cannot. It cannot connect to itself due to insufficient DNS configuration.

This may not be your case, but you can check if you log in to the server and try to ping it by the problematic DNS name or try to load the CSS URL from there.

As an experiment, try to replace the server name in the CSS URL with the server IP address or with 127.0.0.1. You can also add the DNS name to server’s hostshosts file

The good news is that rowspans have been supported since the earliest versions of PD4ML v1.*. The issue you are experiencing is most likely can be easily fixed in your HTML input.

So there is the step to resolve the issue:

Hi, I see this thread is pretty old and you guys haven’t fixed the issue yet: it’s not obvious how to download the license file, making one to sift through a bunch of support articles to find out how to perform such a simple task.

Not quite sure what problem you’re having.
The paths to generate the evaluation activation code seem to work correctly.

Unless it’s a question of how to get the pd4ml.lic… Well, as stated in the documentation, pd4ml.lic is one of the license applying options. You can pass the activation code to PD4ML via an API call or create a text file with the code. pd4ml.lic is its default name, but you can use any name you choose.

For convenience, pd4ml.lic download was always available by clicking on the activation code. But to make it obvious, we’ve just added a download icon there.
