Access to purchased copy of v3 binaries

When I look at my licenses, I have a link to download the v4 binaries, and another link to the v3 binaries. The link to the v3 binaries (https://pd4ml.com/v3-pro/java/) asks me for credentials, and the ones used to access my licenses don’t work.
