Huge Memory Leak with Pd4ml

We are using PD4ML in our platform to generate PDF files from HTML pages , there is a huge memory leak with one of the customer , the heap dump shows that a vector holding objects of type org.zefer.html.doc.b is causing the leak ( see snapshot attached ) .

Any clue on what is causing this ? What does this object represent ( org.zefer.html.doc.b ) ?
