    I want to change the email address associated to my license. What happen if I create a new account ad then use the “Transfer license from another account” options? Current installations will continue to operate?

    Hi! We can update your account to match the changes in address or email or you can also create a new account and transfer the licenses as you mentioned.
    In any case all existent installations are not going to be affected.

    Wow, excellent. How can I ask for the email address update? Obviously I can’t share it in this forum.
    Do I need an active maintenance plan to issue the request?

    I tried to wrote to both helpdesk and support, but no response at all.

    So tried to create a new account but when I use the “transfer form” I land on this error page:

    Hmm… It is quite strange, as we see no any emails in the support mailbox from you as well as new tickets in the helpdesk (did you receive a reply email with HELPD-XXXX ticket id?)

    I have found your email address in the license database and will try to contact you directly
