    Hi,

    Having no answer since a while I contact you again.

    When does the release containing the switch for those elements will be available ?

    callParameters.append( “% PD4ML version: ” + getVersion() + “n” );
    callParameters.append( “% JDK version: ” + System.getProperty( “java.version” ) + “n” );
    callParameters.append( “% OS version: ” + System.getProperty( “os.name” ) + ” ” );
    callParameters.append( System.getProperty( “os.version” ) + “n” );

    Best regards,

    We plan to refresh our Coldfusion instructions in the nearest future.

    It is strange, that PD4ML works in general in your case, but headers/footers fail. Try to temporarily put just after

    Does a header appear on the second PDF page?

    v396 should do the trick (when “pd4ml.document.id” property is defined).

    We are able to generate the PDFs with good results, but our system.out log is filled with

    Warning: Invalid syntax in CSS selector: ""

    Is it possible to turn off these warnings?

    Hello, we have been using pd4ml in our company for more than 4 years to convert HTML files to PDF report. We have a requirement to create border line in each page like shown here, would help us achieve this with HTML and pd4ml . We are using PD4ML DMS Pro 361b1

    Thanks,
    Ravi

    On my workstation the document is converted as expected. See attached.

    Obviously a reason of conversion problem is in conversion parameters. If a content appears in the resulting PDF document tiny, I would suspect htmlWidth API parameter value is set too big.

    You may achieve that with a footer definition, like

    [language=xml:2fv6uvow]

    [/language:2fv6uvow]

    Use the above code or modify already existent footer correspondingly.

    Also place tag just after tag opens:

    [language=xml:2fv6uvow]…

    …[/language:2fv6uvow]

    Unfortunately the warning is not switchable. It comes from CSS Parser (ss_css2.jar) – the only third-party library PD4ML relies on.

    From time to time we patch it, but currently we work on our own CSS processing solution and further ss-css2.jar patches are not planned.

    I don’t think there is an issue with html width parameter value because putting a relative positioned div around this absolutely positioned div solves the issue.

    I just want to know, whether standalone div’s positioned absolute to the view port can be rendered correctly by pd4ml ?

    I will also check the width we are setting. Also this issue is reproducible only in PDF format.

    Thank you for the reply, sorry for the confusion, the question was not about the footer, its about each page has closed border line in black, we are not able to achieve that when we tried with CSS the border is always getting broken until the last page. Please assist.

    Thank you for your answer!

    Any time estimates on when the replacement of ss_css2.jar will happen?

    Any news about this problem? We are having really a pain with this bug

    Sorry for the silence.

    The issue has been already fixed in the dev build. The update will be available with the forthcoming maintenance release in ~2 weeks.
