Unfortunately there is no currently available online service for that.

If you publish in the topic an URL to convert (or send it to support pd4ml.com), I could convert it on one of the development workstations and send you back the conversion result and instructions how to achieve that on your side.

Hello…. the moderator deleted my query last April 2. I was testing how good PD4ML is and tried to convert the URL below with errors. If PD4ML can’t resolve the problem, just be frank about it. PDFReactor is my next choice then although it’s expensive but it works! Come on, please help!

Hi,

We have a Struts web application using:
Tomcat 5.1.15
PD4ML 350 Pro
Centos 5.4

On windows the fonts are working correctly but on linux following message occurs:
/home/tomcat5/.fonts/pd4fonts.properties;jsessionid=27AB7228EF89D83DF80B678853F7D59F (No such file or directory)

So, the ;jsessionid=27AB7228EF89D83DF80B678853F7D59F is added to pd4fonts.properties file name.

Folder /home/tomcat5/.fonts exists and contains IDAutomationHC39M.ttf and pd4fonts.properties files that have permissions for current user.

Any clue on this?

Solved it, posting here in case someone else has this problem:

In my jsp I had the path for tth in windows , so, in linux I’ve changed it to and it didn’t worked. But, if I’ve changed it to and it worked.

I have found this problem using tinymce. In this WYSIWYG editor there a symbles’ table, each symble is added to the textarea like a html entities.

We are going to buy a pro license, but we need to have full support for this editor.

Until now we used PISA, but it’s very slow. PD4ML is surprisingly fast. 😀

→ is substituted with code 0x2192, which is represented as a right arrow in most of popular TTF fonts. I tested with Arial and the entity is shown in PDF correctly as the arrow.

If you got another character, I would recommend to check which font is used to render it and to make sure it has a correct glyph for the code.

Why doesn’t it work on my pc? Maybe because my is an evaluation version?

My tinymce sets arial as default font and doesn’t permit to change it to client.

Maybe I have to do something to use these kind of symbols?
