in reply to: Transfer license from another account May 19, 2026 at 13:54#40876Hmm… It is quite strange, as we see no any emails in the support mailbox from you as well as new tickets in the helpdesk (did you receive a reply email with HELPD-XXXX ticket id?)
I have found your email address in the license database and will try to contact you directly
in reply to: Problem with page.break ifSpaceBelowLessThan and pd4ml:footnote Placement May 12, 2026 at 13:11#40871Hi! The current v4.0.x branch version (v4.0.23) resolves various positioning errors related to footers, footnotes, and endnotes.
In typical cases, the
ifSpaceBelowLessThanattribute can be dispensed with. Please try out this version and let us know if any issues remain.
(The recent footer/footnotes placement logic changes are not replicated to v4.1.1 yet)

We’ve just resent the invoice to the registered email address. (The renewal has been ordered from another email). in reply to: Disable “iframe” execution while exporting to PDF October 28, 2025 at 13:11#40178And there is a radical solution for <iframe>
pd4ml.addStyle("iframe {display: none !important}", true);in reply to: Disable “iframe” execution while exporting to PDF October 28, 2025 at 13:09#40177There are two conversion parameters can be useful for the case. For PD4ML v4.x they are:
https://pd4ml.tech/javadoc/com/pd4ml/Constants.html#PD4ML_DISABLE_EXTERNAL_ATTACHMENTS
https://pd4ml.tech/javadoc/com/pd4ml/Constants.html#PD4ML_ALLOWED_RESOURCE_LOCATION
In PD4ML v4 the external resource restrictions can be set this way:
pd4ml.setParam(Constants.PD4ML_DISABLE_EXTERNAL_ATTACHMENTS, "true");– completely disables the external attachmentsor more precise control with comma-separated list of allowed CSS/image/attachments locations:
pd4ml.setParam(Constants. PD4ML_ALLOWED_RESOURCE_LOCATION, "C:/SafeAttachments/,http://192.168.0.10/styles/,http://192.168.0.10/images/");There is more-less identical approach to control the external resources availabiliy for PD4ML v3.x
Map m = new HashMap(); m.put(PD4Constants.PD4ML_ALLOWED_RESOURCE_LOCATION, "C:/SafeAttachments/,http://192.168.0.10/styles/,http://192.168.0.10/images/"); pd4ml.setDynamicParams(m);
in reply to: Request for Invoice for License Renewal Payment August 21, 2025 at 12:14#39874Just resent to the registered email address…
in reply to: License Activation April 23, 2025 at 23:07#39535Question marks instead of international characters usually indicate that you have configured the TTF embedding feature incorrectly, and PD4ML can only use built-in Acrobat’s core fonts, which are limited to Latin charset.
Obviously, the “Licensing/Purchasing” section is not the right place for such questions. Please ask in “Technical questions / Troubleshooting” next time
in reply to: Which licence, SITE or ENTERPRISE April 7, 2025 at 12:19#39468The rental/subscription licensing model does not conflict with the PD4ML Site licensing terms in general. This is true if your customers are end users. If your product is some kind of framework – your customer configures it and services their customers with the resulting solution – then the Enterprise license is required.
in reply to: License file for evaluation purpose March 27, 2025 at 22:33#39446Not quite sure what problem you’re having.
The paths to generate the evaluation activation code seem to work correctly.Unless it’s a question of how to get the pd4ml.lic… Well, as stated in the documentation, pd4ml.lic is one of the license applying options. You can pass the activation code to PD4ML via an API call or create a text file with the code. pd4ml.lic is its default name, but you can use any name you choose.
For convenience, pd4ml.lic download was always available by clicking on the activation code. But to make it obvious, we’ve just added a download icon there.

in reply to: Rowspan is not rendering in PD4ML (pd4ml-4.0.17fx1.jar) version 4 February 18, 2025 at 19:56#39162We do not provide phone support as part of our standard support. This option is only available with our so-called extended support plans.
The good news is that rowspans have been supported since the earliest versions of PD4ML v1.*. The issue you are experiencing is most likely can be easily fixed in your HTML input.
